民办幼儿园师资队伍的现状调查与分析

民办幼儿园师资队伍的现状调查与分析


摘 要:学前教育是基础教育的组成部分,是终身教育的基础阶段。自“二胎”政策实行以来,我国学前教育的发展越发引人瞩目。随着近年来学前儿童的数量与日俱增,公办幼儿园的数量早已不能满足学前教育的需求,民办幼儿园作为另一支肩负学前教育重任的力量逐渐成为了我国学前教育领域的主力军。教师是教育的主体,是促进教育事业发展的中坚力量,积极关注民办教师师资队伍建设有利于民办幼儿教育事业健康发展。以往的调查研究表明,民办幼儿园的师资总体上不错,但也存在很多制约其发展的问题。为此,本文从人力资源管理的角度,收集并分析了123名民办幼儿园教师迁徙的意愿,年龄特征,学业特征以及教师对民办幼儿园的满意度和改进建议的数据,通过分析民办幼儿园现状及问题原因,提出改进和发展对策:优化师资结构,提高教师专业素养、保障教师福利待遇、构建利于教师发展的人文环境等,以促进民办幼儿教师队伍健康持续发展。

Abstract:Pre-school education is an integral part of basiceducation and the foundation stage of lifelong education. Since adhering to the "two-child" policy,the improvement of early childhood education in China has been more and more widespread. With the increasing number of pre-school children in recent years,the number of public kindergartens has long been unable to meet the needs of pre-school education,private kindergartens as another force shouldering the heavy responsibility of pre-school education has gradually become the main force in the field of pre-school education in China. Teachers are the main body of education,the backbone of promoting the development of education, and actively pay attention to the construction of private teachers and teachers is conducive to the healthy development of private early childhood education. Previous research shows that the teaching staff of private kindergartens is generally good, but there are also many problems that restrict its development. To this end, based on the perspective of human resources management, this paper,through the 123 private kindergarten teachers' willingness to move,age characteristics, educational characteristics and teachers' satisfaction with the private park and improve the views and other aspects of data collection and analysis, through the analysis of the current situation of private kindergartens and the reasons for the problem, put forward improvement and development measures: optimize the structure of teachers, improve teachers' professional quality, ensure the welfare of teachers, build a humane environment for the development of teachers, etc., to promote the healthy and sustainable development of private kindergarten teachers.
