提升教师家庭教育能力的研究 ——以中学生职业生涯规划为例

提升教师家庭教育能力的研究 ——以中学生职业生涯规划为例


摘要
 
随着时代的发展,家庭教育逐渐引起社会各界的重视,理论和实践都已经证明家庭教育青少年的成长起至关重要的作用,但目前很多家长因缺乏足够的家庭教育知识,在子女教育中常常束手无策。所以,对家长进行家庭教育指导已是大势所趋。家庭教育包含的内容比较多,职业生涯教育既是新的内容,也是实践需要的重要内容。在现有的条件下,学校教师是目前承担家庭教育指导工作的最合适人选。因此本研究以上海市 L中学,从职业生涯规划教育的视角对该校教师指导家庭教育的能力进行调查及实证分析和研究,通过梳理中学生的家庭教育及职业生涯规划内容,帮助教师明确指导家庭教育,进行职业生涯规划教育和实践时应关注的内容。同时,根据存在的问题提出相应的建议,以完善家庭教育及职业生涯规划教育,期望本研究能有一定的借鉴和推广作用。
 
本研究以生态系统理论、终身教育理论、生涯发展理论等为基础,综合运用文献法、调查法、行动研究法等多种研究方法,对上海市L中学家庭教育指导工作进行调查,发现教师在家庭教育指导存在指导频率较低、内容狭隘,方式单一等问题。根据L中学存在的主要问题及其成因,从政府、学校和教师三个层面提出改进策略:政府应推进相关立法,加强职能部门的管理;加大经费投入;推进学科建设;加强专业人才的培养。学校要构建合理的组织框架;健全师资队伍并促进指导的多元化。教师要增强自身的发展,加强理论学习和自我实践,促进自我反思等。

Abstract
 
With the development of the times,family education guidance and career planning education gradually into the public's vision. Family education and career planning education play an important role in children's development, but many parents often do nothing in family educationdue to lack of sufficient knowledge of family education and career planning. Therefore, it is the general trend to guide parents in family education.School teachers are currently the most suitable candidates for this guidance.Therefore, this study, taking Shanghai L Middle School as an example,investigates and empirically analyzes and studies the situation of teachers guiding family education and career planning education,and helps teachers to clearly guide family education and cultivate the content that students should pay attention to when carrying out career planning practice by combing the content of family education and career planning of middle school students. At the same time, according to the existing problems to put forward corresponding suggestions to improve family education and career planning education,it is expected that this study can have a certain reference and promotion role.
 
Based on ecosystem theory, lifelong education theory and career development theory,this study investigates the guiding work of family education in L middle school inShanghai by using documentary method,investigation method and action research method, and finds that teachers have low guidance frequency, narrow content and single way in family education guidance. According to the main problems existing in L middle school and its causes,the improvement strategy is put forward from the government,schools and teachers at three levels: the government shouldpromote relevant legislation and strengthen the management offunctional departments; Schools should build a reasonable organizational framework, improve the teaching staff and promote diversity of guidance. Teachers should strengthen their own development,strengthen theoretical learning and self-practice, promote self-reflection and so on.
