Abstract

Reggio education in Italy is a unique way of early childhood education. In the process of gradual development, its ideas have been gradually known all over the world. At the same time, Reggio education has a far-reaching impact on the development of preschool education all over the world. Because of this, there are many loyal enthusiasts of Reggio's educational philosophy in China, who have applied this educational model to their own educational system in order to promote the development of China's early childhood education through this concept. Because each country has different educational background and different cultural integration, it also means that the results and values of the same educational concept applied in each country are different. Therefore, we should treat the Reggio education in Italy rationally rather than blindly resist or accept it. This paper explores Reggio early childhood education from various aspects. Firstly, it studies the historical development background, secondly analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of Reggio education, thirdly, it explores the rationality of Reggio education practice, finally, it makes reasonable use of Reggio early childhood education according to the national conditions, and puts forward suggestions according to the current shortcomings, so as to make it localized In order to achieve effective application.
