摘 要

改革开放特别是党的十八大以来，我国的中小企业蓬勃发展，在国民经济和社会发展中的地位和作用日益增强。中小企业虽然单个实力较弱，但就整体而言，已发展成为促进我国国民经济增长、缓解就业压力、增加财政收入的主要支撑力量。近年来，我国国际贸易发展迅速，进出口贸易额增长幅度大，其中出口量的60%都来自中小企业。但是，中小企业国际贸易融资难的问题长期限制着中小企业的发展，有效解决中小企业国际贸易融资难的问题是十分有必要的。在此基础上，针对中小企业国际贸易融资的特点及方式，综合运用比较分析法、理论与实证相结合、定性与定量分析相结合等研究方法对我国中小企业国际贸易融资问题进行分析讨论。同时建立多元线性回归模型研究我国中小企业融资的影响因素，针对政府层面、银行层面及企业自身存在的问题全方位、多角度分析，并提出相应的对策与建议。

Problems and countermeasures of international trade financing for small and medium-sized enterprises in China

Abstract

Since the reform and opening up, especially the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, China's small and medium-sized enterprises have developed vigorously, and their status and role in the national economic and social development have been increasingly enhanced. Although the individual strength of small and medium-sized enterprises is relatively weak, but as a whole, they have developed into the main support force to promote the growth of national economy, relieve the pressure of employment and increase fiscal revenue. In recent years, China's international trade has developed rapidly, and its import and export volume has increased significantly, among which 60% of the export volume comes from small and medium-sized enterprises. However, the problem of international trade financing for small and medium-sized enterprises has long restricted the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, and it is very necessary to effectively solve the problem of international trade financing for small and medium-sized enterprises. On this basis, aiming at the characteristics and ways of international trade financing of small and medium-sized enterprises, this paper analyzes and discusses the problems of international trade financing of small and medium-sized enterprises in China by using the research methods of comparative analysis, the combination of theory and empirical analysis, combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis. At the same time, it establishes multiple linear regression model to study the influencing factors of SME financing in China, analyzes the problems existing in the government level, the bank level and the enterprise itself from an all-round and multi angle, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
