亚马逊与阿里巴巴B2C跨境电商平台商业模式的比较 [摘要]以互联网的迅速发展为基础,使得商务交易可以在更广阔的的领域发展,电子商务将传统的线下商业整合在一起,让消费者可以购买到来自全球各地的商品。跨境电商是全球商贸的一种新型的交易方式,发展迅速,特别是B2C跨境电商交易规模占贸易总额的比例不断扩大。亚马逊是最早的B2C跨境电商公司,居于行业间领头羊的地位置。阿里巴巴是我国最具有代表性的B2C跨境电商公司,目前还处于学习的阶段。本文以亚马逊和阿里巴巴为例,对两个平台的商业模式进行比较研究,总结出其商业模式中的优劣势,为优化全球B2C跨境电商平台的商业模式提供针对性的建议。 [关键词] B2C;跨境电商;商业模式 A comparative study on the business models of Amazon andAlibaba's B2C cross-border e-commerce platforms Abstract:Based on the rapid development of the Internet,business transactions can be developed in a broader field. E-commerce integrates traditional offline commerce,allowing consumers to buy goods from all over the world.Cross-border e-commerce is a new way of global commerce and commerce, which is developing rapidly.In particular, the proportion of B2C cross-border e-commerce transactions in the total trade volume continues to expand.As the earliest B2C cross-border e-commerce company,Amazon is the leading company in the industry.As the most representative B2C cross-border e-commerce company in China, Alibaba is still in the stage of learning.Taking Amazon and Alibaba as examples,this paper conducts a comparative study on the business models of the two platforms, summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of their business models, and provides targeted suggestions for optimizing the business models of global B2C cross-border e-commerce platforms.
