摘要

益母草是一年一度或两年一次的草本植物。它被用作草药的新鲜或干燥地上部分。它具有调节血液循环，利尿，消肿，解毒，解毒的功效。它被广泛用于妇科，被称为“妇科医学”。临床研究表明益母草具有改善血压，利尿，免疫调节，镇痛和抗炎的作用。益母草是唇形科植物益母草Leonurus japonicusHoutt.的新鲜或干燥地上部分。益母草被称为"血家圣药"、"经产良药"。益母草的主要化学成分有:生物碱类、黄酮类、二帖类、苯乙醇苷类、挥发油等,益母草生物碱是益母草的主要活性成分,研究发现以水苏碱、益母草碱的药理活性最强。大量实验证实,益母草具有调节子宫平滑肌、抗炎镇痛、利尿,保护心肌损伤,降低血液粘度、止血等药理作用。本文根据目前研究进展,对益母草的功效与作用以及临床应用简要综述。

Abstract

Motherwort motherwort Labiatae, annual or biennial herbs,with fresh or dried on the part of medicine,with blood menstruation, diuretic swelling,detoxification effect, widely used in gynecology, known as the "gynecological medicine"; now clinical studies showed that motherwort can improve blood pressure, diuretic, analgesic, immune regulation anti-inflammatory effect. Herba Leonuri is the fresh or dry part of the Leonurus Leonuri.Motherwort is called "blood medicine" and "in medicine".The main chemical components of Herba Leonuri are: alkaloids,flavonoids, two places, phenethyl glycosides, volatile oil and so on. Herba Leonuri alkaloids are the main active components of Herba Leonuri.A large number of experiments have proved that the alkaloid of motherwort herb has the pharmacological effects of regulating uterine smooth muscle, anti-inflammatory,analgesia, diuresis, protecting myocardial injury, reducing blood viscosity and hemostasis. Based on the current research progress,this paper briefly reviews the efficacy and role of Leonurus Leonuri and its clinical application.
