| 青少年近视的影响因素及防控措施
摘 要
近年来，随着人们经济生活水平的提高和科技的发展，青少年对于手机、电脑等便携式电子产品使用率的增高及学业压力的增大，长时间用眼，户外活动时间少，导致青少年近视的发病率呈逐年上升的趋势，严重影响了青少年的健康，青少年的近视问题已引起全社会广泛的关注。本文主要阐述了青少年近视的危害及危险因素，并列举了国内外防控近视的相关措施及方法，为我国防控青少年近视提供参考和方向。
ABSTRACT
Computer mobile phone and mobile phone computer have been widely used in long time. With the increase of people's living standard and the popularity of portable electronic products such as computers, mobile phones and tablets, the increasing rate of use of electronic products such as mobile phones and computers and the increasing academic pressure of teenagers have led to the increasing incidence of myopia in young people. The problem of myopia has caused public discussion. This paper mainly expounds the harm and risk factors of juvenile myopia, and lists the relevant measures and methods of prevention and control of myopia at home and abroad, so as to provide reference and direction for the prevention and control of juvenile myopia in China.
