| 闻永淑名老中医治疗消渴病经验撷英 摘要：消渴病是以多饮、多食、多尿、乏力、消瘦，或尿有甜味为主要临床表现的一种疾病。西医病名为糖尿病。消渴之名，首见于《素问·奇病论》，根据病机及症状的不同，《内经》还有消瘅、肺消、膈消、消中等名称的记载。发病部位主要在肺、胃、肾，好发于40岁以后体形肥胖之人。病因多为禀赋不足、饮食失节、情志失调、劳欲过度等，基本病机是阴虚为本，燥热为标，故治疗以清热润燥、养阴生津为本。经过近两年多同内江市名中医闻永淑的跟师学习，总结闻老师按中医辨证施治的原则,常以《仁斋直指方》“天花散”加减治疗消渴病的经验，患者反应良好，经验值得推广。 关键词：消渴病；糖尿病；中医；加减天花散； Progress in the treatment of lumbar disc protrusive disease Abstract: Wasting-thirst is a disease characterized by polydipsia, polyphagia, polyuria, fatigue, emaciation, or sweet urine. The western medicine disease is called Diabetes.The name of Wasting-thirst is first seen in the Su Wen Qi Bing Lun.According to the different pathogenesis and symptoms,there are also records in the Huang Di Nei Jing of the names of Xiao Dan, Fei Xiao, Ge Xiao and Xiao Zhong. The location of disease is mainly in lung,stomach and kidney, and it usually occurs in obese people after 40 years old. Most of the causes are insufficient endowment,improper diet, emotional disorder, excessive labor desire, etc. The basic pathogenesis is yin deficiency, and dryness and heat is the standard,so the treatment is based on clearing heat and moistening dryness, nourishing yin and promoting fluid production. After studying with Wen Yong Shu,a famous TCM doctor in Neijiang City for more than two years, it is concluded that Wen often uses Ren Zhai Zhi Zhi Fang and modified Tianhua Powder to treat Diabetes, which has achieved good results and is worth popularizing.
