| 糖尿病患者的血清肿瘤标记物CA19-9升高影响分析 糖尿病患者的血清肿瘤标记物CA19-9升高影响分析 【摘要】 目的 通过了解并探讨会泽县人民医院住院部肾病风湿免疫科96例2型糖尿病病人患病史，统计和分析2型糖尿病患者血清肿瘤标记物CA19-9升高对患者病情进展的关联关系，明白血清CA19-9在临床诊断中的表达水平及相关性。 方法 从2018年10月至2019年10月在该医院肾病风湿免疫科接受治疗的2型糖尿病患者里面，按照要求挑选96例接受治疗的病人作为实验组。再选取健康受试者40例，作为对照组。分析实验组与对照组得到实验结果从而进行分析，研究血清CA19-9在临床诊断中的价值。 结果 CA19-9结果对照组CA19-9水平低于实验组，此外实验组中血糖稍高患者CA19-9所测值更高，当血糖稳定后CA19-9值也相应降低。 结论 血清CA19-9值升高对2型糖尿病的诊断，治疗及预后的判断又重要意义。 【关键词】 2型糖尿病 血糖 CA19-9 Analysis of the influence of the increase of CA19-9 in diabetic patients Abstract Objective To analyze the effect of elevated serum tumor marker CA19-9 in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus . Methods from 、June 2019 to June 2020, 120 patients with type 2 diabetes were selected as the experimental group. In addition, 60 cases who had physical examination in the Fourth People's Hospital of Yunnan Province in the same period were included as the control group. The effect of serum tumor marker CA19-9 level between the control group and the experimental group was analyzed. Results the Serum CA19-9 level of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the Serum CA19-9 level of the patients with higher blood glucose was higher than that of the control group. Conclusion the increase of Serum CA19-9 level in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus is closely related to the change of blood glucose. Key words type 2 diabetes mellitus blood glucose CA19-9 |
