| 中西医结合治疗新冠肺炎的研究进展 摘要 新型冠状病毒肺炎现命名为COVID-19，于2019年在武汉爆发，2020年来势汹汹，席卷了很多国家和地区，对各国造成了巨大的影响。庆幸的是，现在疫情在中国的管控之下已经日益好转。目前，对于新型冠状病毒并无可以用的特效药，无疑增加了治疗的困难。中西结合治疗是目前治疗COVID-19最主要的方法，中药可以作用于多靶点对全身起调理作用，西药则从病根出发，针对性地进行治疗。中西结合治疗可以结合两者的优势，可以大大降低患者的死亡率。同时，五禽戏、太极拳等中医提倡的健身方式可以提高自身免疫力以预防新型冠状病毒。本文主要论述了中医治疗、西医治疗的方式以及如何进行中西医结合治疗的思考。希望对研发新药和抗击疫情有所帮助。 本文通过对目前多篇论文的整合，论述了目前中西医结合治疗的方式。中西医结合治疗主要通过结合中西医学的理论，确定疾病的病名、分期和分型，从两个角度看待疾病。经实践证实，中西医结合治疗COVID-19具有显著效果。 关键词：新型冠状病毒肺炎；中西医结合；治疗；药物 Abstract thenovelcoronaviruspneumoniaisnownamedCOVID-19,whichbrokeoutinWuhanin2019.Ithasbeenthreateningin2020andhassweptovermanycountriesandregions.Fortunately,thesituationisgettingbetterandbetterunderthecontrolofChina.Atpresent,novelcoronavirushasnospecificdrugtouse,whichundoubtedlyincreasesthedifficultyoftreatment.Atpresent,thecombinationofChineseandWesternmedicineisthemostimportantmethodtotreatCOVID-19.TraditionalChinesemedicinecanregulatethewholebodybyactingonmultipletargets,whilewesternmedicinecantreatthediseasefromtheroot.ThecombinationofChineseandWesterntreatmentcancombinetheadvantagesofboth,whichcangreatlyreducethemortalityofpatients.Meanwhile,thenovelcoronavirusadvocatedbyfiveanimalshowandTaiChicanimprovetheirimmunitytopreventthenewcoronavirus.ThispapermainlydiscussesthetreatmentsoftraditionalChinesemedicine,westernmedicine,andhowtocombineChineseandWesternmedicine.Ihopeitwillbehelpfulforthedevelopmentofnewdrugsandthefightagainsttheepidemic. Throughtheintegrationofseveralpapersatpresent,thispaperdiscussesthecurrenttreatmentofintegratedtraditionalChineseandWesternmedicine.ThetreatmentofintegratedtraditionalChineseandWesternmedicinemainlythroughthecombinationofthetheoryoftraditionalChineseandWesternmedicine,todeterminethediseasename,stageandtype,fromtwoperspectivesofdisease.IthasbeenprovedbypracticethatthecombinationoftraditionalChineseandWesternmedicinehasasignificanteffectonthetreatmentofcovid-19.
