| 孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片在儿童支气管肺炎中的应用疗效观察 摘要：目的：通过观察孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片在治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床效果，分析孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片的治疗可行性。方法：选取我院入院患儿年龄为1岁-5岁的诊断为支气管肺炎的患儿72例，通过随机盲法将患儿分为两组，对照组36例，观察组36例，对照组患儿采取常规的抗感染、解痉平喘、抗炎等治疗方法，观察组患儿则在此基础上加服用孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片进行治疗，比较两组患儿的治疗效果，对比分析孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片的疗效。结果：两组患儿在治疗后，对照组中判断为显效的患儿为17例(47.2%)，观察组24例(66.7%) ，对照组判断为有效的患儿12例(33.3%)，观察组10例(27.8%)，无效的患儿对照组7例(17. 7%) ，观察组2例(2. 9%) ，对比两组患儿数据，存在较为显著差异，有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：对支气管肺炎的患儿采取孟鲁司特钠进行治疗，可有效缓解喘息，疗效确切，副作用小，不良反应少，有积极的临床意义。 关键词：支气管肺炎；孟鲁司特钠；白三烯；不良反应 Clinical observation on the application of montelukast sodium chewing tablets in children with bronchial pneumonia Abstract：Objective：To observe the efficacy of montelukast sodium tablets in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma，the therapeutic feasibility of montelukast sodium chewing tablets was analyzed. Methods：72 cases of children aged from 1 to 5 years in our hospital were selected for diagnosis of bronchopneumonia，the children were divided into two groups by random blindness，there were 36 cases in the control group and 36 cases in the observation group，the control group had routine anti-infection, antispasmodic, antiasthmatic and anti-inflammatory treatments，the observation group was treated with Montelukast sodium chewable tablets before bedtime at the base of the usual treatment regimen in the control group，the efficacy of montelukast sodium chewing tablets was compared and analyzed. Results：After treatment, 17 cases (47.2%) in the control group were judged to have significant effect, and 24 cases in the observation group (66.7%)，12 children (33.3%) were judged as effective in the control group, and 10 (27.8%) in the observation group.，the control group of 7 cases (17.7%) and the observation group of 2 cases (2.9%) were ineffective. Compared with the data of the two groups of children, there was a significant difference, which was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion：The treatment of children with bronchopneumonia with montelukast sodium can effectively relieve wheezing, with definite curative effect, less side effects, less adverse reactions, and has positive clinical significance.
