摘要

在现代社会中，人们越来越多的时间都花费在工作上，人们都需要一个自在、舒适的办公空间，从而进行愉悦的工作。人性化的现代办公空间是以“以人为本”为设计理念，更加注重人的因素，更加关心在这里工作的人们的行为习惯、人们的生理结构、人们的心理情况以及人们的思维方式的需要，让整个空间看起来都充满人性化。

在如今，现代办公空间存在着很多的问题。首先是在关注经济利益的同时忽略了人们的感受。到目前为止，有很多办公空间的工作环境都很拥挤，人们在办公的时候很不舒服，心情也不是很愉悦。其次是我们的健康问题，如：公司员工久坐不动，很多都患有颈椎病，身体素质越来越差，甚至因为压力而失眠的也越来越多等种种问题。创造一个以人为本的人性化办公环境，使人们可以充分的得到满足，享受此空间中的乐趣。

本文对现代办公空间进行了理论研究和人性化研究。主要强调了人是设计的核心，设计应以人为本，来满足人们的生活需求。具体通过办公空间的布局以及色彩、家具、植物、交通流线的分析，从使用者的角度出发，营造出一个人性化的现代办公空间。

Abstract

In modern society, people spend more and more time on work,and people need a comfortable and comfortable office space to do pleasant work. The humanized modern office space takes "people-oriented" as the design idea,pays more attention to the human factor,pays more attention to the people's behavior habit, the people's physiological structure, the people's psychological situation and the people's way of thinking, makes the whole space look full of humanization.

Nowadays, there are many problems in modern office space.The first is to pay attention to economic interests while ignoring people's feelings.So far, there are a lot of office space working environment is very crowded, people in the office is very uncomfortable, the mood is not very happy. The second is our health problems,such as: company employees sit fora long time, many suffer from cervical spondylosis, physical fitness is getting worse and worse, even because of pressure and insomnia and more and more problems. Create a people-oriented humanized office environment,so that people can be fully satisfied, enjoy the fun of this space.

This article has carried on the theory research andthe humanization research to the modern office space. It is emphasized that people are the core of design,and design should be people-oriented to meet people's needs. Through the layout of office space and the analysis of color, furniture,plants and traffic streamline, a humanized modern office space is created from the perspective of users.
