摘要：幼儿时期是人生长发育的重要时期，良好的饮食行为能够为幼儿期的营养状态提供很好的保证，而良好的营养状态又是幼儿健康成长的关键因素。然而根据多方调查数据显示，目前我国幼儿饮食行为存在一些问题。因此，本研究的目的是通过对日常生活中幼儿饮食专注性、进餐独立性、挑食偏食情况、进餐速度、吃零食行为这五大饮食行为进行调查研究，并针对这些方面的问题，分析其行为表现的多种原因，在此基础上探讨改善幼儿不良饮食行为的策略，为幼儿健康饮食行为的培养提供一些的参考和建议。

Research on the Education of Children's Bad Eating Habits

Abstract: Early childhood is an important period of life growth and development, good dietary behavior can provide a good guarantee for the nutritional status of early childhood, and good nutritional status is the key factor for the healthy growth of children. However, according to the survey data, there are some problems in children's eating behavior. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the five major dietary behaviors of children in daily life, such as food concentration, meal independence, pickiness, meal speed and snack eating behavior, and to analyze the multiple causes of their behavior performance in view of these problems, and on this basis to explore the strategies to improve children's bad dietary behavior, so as to provide reference for children's healthy diet To provide some reference and suggestions for the cultivation of students.
