摘要：随着幼儿教育的不断推进，幼儿在幼儿园的生活已成为他们社会化生活中不可缺少的重要组成部分。从个体层面上说，幼儿在幼儿园一日生活的质量对幼儿全面发展起着重要的作用，既有助于幼儿身心、智能、思想等方面的健康发展，又有助于幼儿提升自理能力。从社会层面上看，幼儿是祖国的未来和希望，应该让每一个幼儿的身心都得到全面、健康的发展，成为对社会有用的人才。因此，教育者必须对幼儿的日生活进行科学有效的管理。本文主要基于当前幼儿园日常生活现状进行相应分析，对于存在的问题提出改进措施。

Daily Life and Management of Kindergarten

Abstract: With the continuous development of early childhood education, children's life in kindergarten has become an indispensable part of their social life. From the individual level, the quality of children's daily life in kindergarten plays an important role in children's all-round development, which not only contributes to the healthy development of children's body and mind, intelligence, thought and other aspects, but also helps children improve their self-care ability. From the perspective of society, children are the future and hope of the motherland. We should make every child's body and mind develop comprehensively and healthily, and become useful talents for the society. Therefore, educators must manage children's daily life scientifically and effectively. In this paper, current situation of daily life in kindergartens corresponding is analyzed and improvement measures for the existing problems put forward.
