教师应对幼儿冲突行为的策略研究

摘要:在幼儿园当中,幼儿时常发生冲突行为,冲突行为是幼儿之间互相交往的必然产物。而幼儿园的另一主角是教师,教师如何引导幼儿、干预幼儿之间的冲突行为,则对幼儿的健康成长有着极为重要、深刻的意义。因此,本文以教师干预幼儿冲突行为为题,采用调查、访谈等方法,探索教师应对幼儿冲突行为的多个影响因素,并探索如何更好地应对幼儿冲突行为、引导幼儿健康向上发展的方法对策。

Abstract:In kindergarten, children often have conflict behavior,and conflict behavior is the inevitable outcome of the interaction between children. The other main character of kindergarten is teachers,how to guide children and intervene in the conflicts between children, is very important and profound to the healthy growth of young children. Therefore, based on teacher intervention children conflict behavior,the methods of investigation, interview,to explore children's conflict with teachers' behavior of multiple influence factors, and explore how to better deal with baby conflict behavior, guide method of children's healthy development and countermeasures.
