关于中班幼儿告状行为的研究

摘要  4-5岁年龄段的中班幼儿自我意识得到了发展,但自我评价能力依然较弱,比较看重成人对其的评价。此年龄段的幼儿告状行为非常普遍,所以教师对待其告状行为的评价、反应在幼儿心中的地位举足轻重,因此,本研究以铜仁市某公办幼儿园中班49名幼儿为研究对象,对幼儿进行为期一个月的观察,对告状对象、告状类型、告状原因进行了观察记录,从告状对象、告状类型、告状行为产生的原因、告状特点、告状行为的性别差异五个维度分析4-5岁幼儿告状行为的特点,并提出指导策略和建议。

Abstract Teacher-children relations has always been a topic in the domestic, whether to tell on correct understanding of behavior and careful handling is one of the basis of good teacher-children relationship,4 to 5 years old children have self-consciousness, but are less able to self-assessment, still need to rely on adult evaluation, teacher evaluation of credit behavior,reaction is very important in children's hearts, therefore, as a preschool teacher,tell on young children's behavior should be analyzed and think about how to bettersolve, this study, taking a public kindergarten student in suqian 49 infants as the research object, the babies for a month-long long-term tracking observation, The author observed and recorded the complaint object, complaint type and complaint reason, analyzed the characteristics of the complaint behavior of 4-5 year old children from the five dimensions of complaint object, complaint type, the cause of the complaint behavior, complaint characteristics and gender difference of the complaint behavior, and put forward the guidance strategies and Suggestions. In the observation, it was found that children's complaints had the following characteristics: rule-breaking complaints and egocentric complaints occurred most frequently, and a few were whistle-blowing complaints;The majority of complaints were made by teachers, and few complaints were made by peers. There was no gender difference in reporting behavior.
