| 融媒体时代下主持人新知识结构的体现及培养方式研究
摘 要
随着时代的不断发展，新媒体进入人们的视野和生活中。而广播电视事业正是在这种机遇与挑战面前不断地成长并发展着，电视节目成为了广泛被社会大众所接受的主流节目传播形式。主持人这一职业也成为了被民众所关注，被青少年所追捧的热门职业。而随着广播事业的不断发展，对人才的选用也日益扩展。纵观现在的各大媒体，从事主持人职业的人并非均是专业院校的主持专业毕业，有的主持人是编导出身，有的是文学专业、新闻专业，而更有些节目所选用的主持人是明星、艺人。另外一些比如体育节目、法制节目的主持人还会选用退役的运动员、法律顾问来作为节目的主持人。主持人队伍的不断扩大，为了达到节目的收视效果而形成了多元化的主持队伍。
多元化的主持队伍让更多的人意识到了该职业的重要性，同时也让人们意识到了培养主持人以及主持人知识结构的重要性，针对现如今的主持人知识结构的现状，找出合理的结构方式，有意识地针对当前薄弱的环节、未来的发展目标对主持人进行有效地知识结构的培养，同时结合主持人自身的新知识结构以及在大的媒介环境下找到适合自己发展的途径，为其传媒事业的发展更好地进行推进。

Abstract
With the continuous development of the times, new media has entered people's vision and life.It is in the face of such opportunities and challenges that the radio andtelevision industry is growing and developing,and the TV program has become the mainstream program communication form widely accepted by the public. The host profession has also become a popular profession which is concerned by the public and sought after by teenagers. With the continuous development of broadcasting industry, the selection of talents is also expanding. Looking at the current major media,not all the people who are engaged in the host profession are graduated from professional colleges. Some of the hosts are from the editing and directing background,some are literature majors and journalism majors, and some of the hosts selected for some programs are stars and artists. Other hosts, such as sports programs and legal programs,will choose retired athletes and legal advisers as hosts. With the continuous expansion of the host team,a diversified host team has been formed in order to achieve the program viewing effect.
The diversified host team makes more people realize the importance of the profession,and also makes people realize the importance of cultivating the host and the host's knowledge structure. In view of the current situation of the host's knowledge structure,this paper finds out a reasonable structure,and consciously analyzes the host's knowledge structure according to the current weak links and future development goals At the same time, combining with the host's own new knowledge structure and in the media environment to find a suitable way for their own development, to better promote the development of their media career.
