摘要:
云南媒体积极响应党和国家的号召,主动融入国家“一带一路”发展战略。得益于优越的地理位置,云南正在大力推进面向南亚东南亚辐射中心建设。中国与南亚东南亚国家的经贸往来日益增多,云南媒体充分利用与周边国家和地区已有的人文纽带,不断加大国际传播的力度和深度,为推进中国与周边国家的民心相通工作作出了积极贡献。云南媒体面向南亚东南亚国际传播已取得一定成效,报纸、广播、电视等领域的国际传播都有涉及。随着互联网技术的快速发展,新媒体的不断壮大对外传播提出了新的要求,云南媒体“走出去”过程中面临新的挑战,互联网发展对传统媒体的冲击、高素质复合型传播人才的缺少、传播有效性的不足等,都对云南媒体国际传播的进一步发展产生了阻碍。新时代的云南媒体对外传播要想取得进一步的成果,需要改变传统传播模式,针对南亚东南亚国家,创新符合当地受众需求的传播途径和内容;结合中国与南亚东南亚国家之间的经贸合作,传播更具生活化、更受当地民众关心的内容;各媒体之间加强合作,建立有效的资源共享合作机制。

Abstract: Yunnan media actively responded to the call of the party and the state and actively integrated into the national development strategy. Thanks to its advantageous geographical location,Yunnan is China's core province in opening up to South Asia and Southeast Asia and building a hub for South Asia and Southeast Asia. The economic and trade exchanges between China and South Asian and Southeast Asian countries are increasing. The Yunnan media makes full use of the existing cultural ties with neighboring countries and regions,and continuously increases the intensity and depth of international communication work,and has made contributions to promoting the people-to-people bond between China and neighboring countries. Yunnan media has achieved certain results in international communication in South Asia,Southeast Asia,and international communication in newspapers,radio,television and other fields. With the continuous development of Internet technology,the growth of new media has put forward new requirementsfor external communication, and new challenges have emerged in the process of“going out” of Yunnan media.The impact of Internet development on traditional media and the lack of high-quality composite communication talents Insufficient communication effectiveness has hindered the further development of Yunnan media’s international communication. In order to achieve further results in the external communication of Yunnan media in the new era,it is necessary to improve and change the traditional communication mode,and innovate communication channels and content that meet the needs of local audiences in South Asia and Southeast Asia. Combining the economic and trade cooperation between China and South Asia andSoutheast Asia,communication is more Contents that are more life-oriented and more concerned by the local people;strengthen cooperation among various media to establish an effective resource sharing and cooperation mechanism.
