| 村委会建设与管理中的问题及对策研究 摘 要 村民委员会是中国共产党领导广大农民群众建 设具有中国特设社会主民主政治的伟大创造， 是我国社会主义民主政治建设的重要内容，是党群众路线的新发展。 在三治合一背景下，村委会建设对于推动我国现代化农村建设有着积极的推动意义， 是我国农村经济改革发展的组织保证。 不过，受限于我国乡镇发展的滞后性， 我国村委会建设与管理中依旧存在着很多问题亟待解决。 本文中通过调查研究法、文献研究等方法，以D县G村为例， 分析研究该村委会在建设与管理过程中存在的问题，并针对这些问题提出相应对策。 关键词：村委会建设； 问题； 对策 Abstract Villagers’ committees are the great creation of the Chinese Communist Party’s leadership in building the broad masses of peasants with China’s ad hoc socialist democratic politics, an important content of my country’s socialist democratic political construction, and a new development of the party’s mass line. Under the background of the integration of the three governances, the construction of village committees has a positive significance in promoting the modernization of rural construction in my country, and it is an organizational guarantee for the reform and development of my country's rural economy. However, due to the lag in the development of my country's townships, there are still many problems in the construction and management of my country's village committees that need to be resolved. In this paper, through investigation and research methods, literature research and other methods, taking G Village in D County as an example, analyze and study the problems existing in the construction and management of the village committee, and put forward corresponding countermeasures against these problems.
