基于养老需求的既有养老社区老旧改造研究

基于养老需求的既有养老社区老旧改造研究

摘要

在二十一世纪,老龄化问题是亟待思考的社会现象。一方面,国家正处于人口迅速老化的阶段,我们面临着“人口老龄化”的问题,我国仍需建立更完善的社会养老制度,来保障老年人的合法权益。另一方面,随着经济发展以及知识和文化水平的提高,老年人的生活方式也发生了巨大变化。新一代的老年人是更加独立,他们渴望丰富的精神财富。就老年人而言,近几年越来越多的具有针对性的养老社区不断涌现,这为促进我国人口老龄化健康发展提供了新的平台。在我国,大多数老年人更倾向于居家养老,因此对既有养老社区进行改造,可以满足老年人居家养老的需求,又提升了住宅区的居住质量,鉴于以上所述,本文根据既有养老社区的改造,根据对现有的养老社区的调查分析其建造、功能配置和使用情况,然后分析老年人获得服务的需求。本文对目前养老住宅区存在的问题,从老年人的实际需求出发,提出了对住宅区进行基于养老需求改造与优化的建议。

Abstract

In the 21st century, aging is a social phenomenon that needs to be considered.On the one hand, the country is in a stage of rapid population aging.We are facing the problem of "aging population",because China still needs to establish a more perfect social pension system. With the economic development and the improvement of knowledge and cultural level, the lifestyle of the elderly has also changed greatly. The new generation of the elderly is more independent and they are eager for rich spiritual wealth. As for the elderly, more and more targeted elderly communities have emerged in recent years,which provides a new platform for promoting the healthy development of the aging population in China.In our country, most of the elderly are more inclined to home-based care,so the transformation of the existing community can meet the needs of the elderly home-based care, and improve the living quality of residential areas. In view of the above, according to the transformation of the existing community,this paper analyzes the construction,functional configuration and use of the existing community, and then analyzes the elderly community The demand for services for young people. In this paper, the existing problems in the residential area for the aged,starting from the actual needs of the elderly,put forward suggestions for the residential area based on the needs of the elderly transformation and optimization.
