摘 要

数千年的发展、工作创造了人类文明,管理是人民合作的结果。具体的历史条件和国家文化背景导致了不同的管理活动和理论,而管理思想深深地反映在不同民族文化的特点中。中国和西方在不同的社会制度和思想模式的基础上发展管理思想,导致在其各自漫长的发展进程中采取不同的管理方式和特点。

西方管理思想的发展在若干方面发生了变化:第一,泰勒之后的科学管理大大提高了工人的生产力。在当代管理中更加强调以人为中心的管理这一核心概念,弥补了这一缺陷。管理层的活动,但管理层的活动决不是简单地增加几个方面,而是一个有机和统一的整体。西方管理的历史完成了从个别评估各种进程到综合各种因素的转变。第四,管理层的决策已从以经验为基础转变为以科学为基础,不再把领导层的知识、经验和风格作为决定本组织发展的关键因素。

在中国发展古老的管理文化的过程中,一方面关注培养自己的个性,管理国家,另一方面关注控制体系。这反映在使用较为宽松和人道的控制手段,这些手段注重“正义”,而不是“利益”。在改革和开放之前和之后,管理更为具体地表现为一种以意识形态和政治工作为基础的管理方式,将理智与理智相结合,并取得更大的成功。在市场经济不断发展,西方先进的管理思想和工具进入中国之后,中国的管理方法和方法开始被模仿,甚至被广泛模仿西方模式。

Abstract

Thousands of years of development and work have created human civilization, and management is the result of people's cooperation. Specific historical conditions and national cultural background lead todifferent management activities and theories,and management thoughts are deeply reflected in the characteristics of different national cultures. China and the west develop their management thoughts on the basis of different social systems and ideological models,which lead to different management methods and characteristics in their respective long development process.

The development of Western management thought has changed in several aspects: first,the scientific management after Taylor greatly improved the productivity of workers. In contemporary management,the core concept of people-centered management is more emphasized, which makes up for this defect. The activities of the management,but the activities of the management are not simply adding several aspects, but an organic and unified whole. The history of Western management has changed from individual assessment of various processes to the integration of various factors. Fourth, management's decision-making has changed from experience-based to science-based, and the knowledge,experience and style of leadership are no longer the key factors determining the development of the organization.

In the process of developing the ancient management culture in China,on the one hand, it pays attention to cultivate its own personalityand manage the country, on the other hand, it pays attention to the control system. This is reflected in the use of more liberal and humane meansof control, which focus on "justice" rather than "interests". Before and after the reform and opening up,management is more specifically manifestedas a management mode based on ideology and political work, which combines rationality with rationality and achieves greater success. With the continuous development of market economy and the introduction of advanced western management ideas and tools into China,China's management methods and methods began to be imitated, and even widely imitated the Western model.

Therefore, in the process of developing administrative management and ideological management,it has become a complementary pre growth culture, that is to further develop modern management. In this culture based on complementarity, artistry, accuracy and sexual mode,in order to realize management under the condition of gradual integration.
