| 系统视角下城市“老漂族”的社会融入研究 【摘要】随着城市化进程的加快以及老龄化程度的加深,老年人在我国流动群体中的比重越来越大。本文从系统视角来探讨老漂们的城市社区融入问题,通过个案研究分析了解这一群体的系统要素构成，由不同层面进行研究，发现这一群体将生活的重心集中于家庭，从而很大程度减少甚至放弃与其他社会系统要素间的联系，这实际上是个人与整个系统其他要素之间的协调博弈过程。最后,笔者希望通过对“老漂族”城市社区融入问题的研究后以便为实务工作提供更多可能性，帮助个人与环境更加融洽的相处，提高社会对老漂群体的关注度,帮助老漂们在城市中度过幸福的晚年生活。 【关键词】系统视角；老漂族；社区融入 Abstract： With the acceleration of urbanization and the deepening of the degree ofaging, the proportion of the elderly in China's floating population is increasing. This paper discusses the integration of the old drifters into urban communities from a systematic perspective, and makes a more profound study at different levels. Finally, the author hopes to drift into the study of the problems of the urban community,the family of old find good integrated as a whole system elements,after the theory research about this problem in order to provide more possibilities for practice work,help people to get along with more harmonious environment, improve the social attention to old floating group help the old drift in the cities through the happiness in later life.
