| 乌鲁木齐市物流园发展模式研究 摘要 本文分析了乌鲁木齐物流园区发展的状况和存在的问题，提出了乌鲁木齐物流园区发展模式的对策和建议，以促进乌鲁木齐物流业的良性发展。 乌鲁木齐物流园区发展中存在的主要问题是物流园区总体规划不足，物流资源缺乏有效整合，综合服务功能薄弱。在此基础上，本文从铁路物流基地的布局规划、运营平台的建设、生产组织管理模式的优化、物流与逆向运作的发展、职能指令手册等方面提出了促进生产链创新的建议，以降低物流成本，提高物流园区的运营效率。 政府还应出台相关政策，推动物流企业重组，摆脱物流企业规模小、分散的局面是的。那个企业必须结合自身的基础和技术实力，选择自己的组织管理体制和机制。 关键词：乌鲁木齐市；物流园区；发展模式 ABSTRACT This paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of logistics park in Urumqi, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the better development of logistics industry in Urumqi. The main problems in the development of logistics park in Urumqi are the lack of overall planning, the lack of effective integration of logistics resources, and the weak function of integrated service. On this basis, some suggestions are put forward, such as layout planning railway logistics base, constructing operation platform, optimizing production organization and management mode, logistics development and management countermeasures, so as to promote the innovation and integration development of logistics supply chain, thus reducing logistics cost and improving the operation efficiency of logistics park. The government should also introduce relevant policies to promote the reorganization of logistics enterprises in order to get rid of the small scattered situation of logistics enterprises. Enterprises should combine their own foundation and technical strength to choose their own organization and management system and mechanism.
