| 浅析B2C电子商务自营物流模式—以京东商城为例
摘要：随着我国信息化的快速发展，我国网络覆盖范围不断扩大，在互联网飞速发展的今天，随着电子商务的崛起，实体店经营模式面临巨大压力，取而代之的是网上购物成为消费者的首选，而在众多购物平台上，B2C电子商务就是其中的一个典型的代表。除了对比商品性价比，商品的物流配送方式也是消费者选择之一。现如今，各种物流模式发展快速，京东作为在国内互联网市场发展的电子商务网络，较好的业绩，而京东物流配送模式也潜移默化的影响着自身的发展。本文以京东商城为例，以点带面，分析B2C电子商务自营物流模式，以找出目前京东商城发展中存在的问题，问题主要包括：对配送管理不到位，效率较低；库存管理体系不当；物流成本控制不理想；专业供应链管理人才不足。并针对问题提出有效建议，高度重视配送管理，完善配送流程 ；根据企业的情况完善库存管理体系；细化成本管理，健全成本管理制度；加强供应链专业人才培养，为B2C电子商务自营物流模式发展提供借鉴。

Abstract： With the rapid development of China's information technology,China's network coverage continues to expand,in the rapid development of the Internet today, with the rise of e-commerce,physical store business model is facing enormous pressure, replaced by online shopping has become the preferred choice of consumers, and in many shopping platforms, B2C e-commerce is one of the typical representatives. In addition to comparing the cost performance of goods,the logistics distribution mode of goods is also one of the choices of consumers. Nowadays, various logistics modes are developing rapidly.As an e-commerce network in the domestic Internet market,Jingdong has a good performance, and its logistics distribution mode also has a subtle impact on its own development. Taking Jingdong Mall as an example,this paper analyzes the self operated logistics mode of B2C e-commerce from point to area, in order to find out the problems existing in the development of Jingdong Mall. The main problems include： the distribution management is not in place,the efficiency is low; the inventory management system is improper;the logistics cost control is not reasonable; the professional supply chain management talents are insufficient. In view of the problems, this paper puts forward effective suggestions,attaches great importance to the distribution management and improves the distribution process, improves the inventory management system according to the situation of enterprises,refines the cost management and improves the cost management system, and strengthens the training of supply chain professionals, so as to provide reference for the development of B2C e-commerce self logistics mode.
