| 第三方物流的现状、问题及对策
摘 要
企业发展过程中资源是有限的，合理进行资源配置显得尤为关键，因而必须将企业有限的资源集中投入到专业领域中，在这种情况下第三方物流就应运而生。第三方物流是物流理论与实践不断进化而产生的新的物流形态。通过第三方物流这一一体化、专业化的系统物流，企业可以将运输这类非核心业务转交给其他以运输为主业的企业，与专业物流公司合作，共同建立双赢的互动合作关系。
本文从第三方物流的具体概念入手，详细介绍了国内国外关于第三方物流概念的理解。深入探讨了发展第三方物流的意义，通过阐述发达国家与我国第三方物流发展的现状，分析我国发展第三方物流面临的问题、机遇与挑战。最后针对问题提出合理的建议和改进措施。

Brief analysis of the current situation,problems and countermeasures of China's third party logistics
ABSTRACT
In the process of enterprise development,resources are limited, and reasonable resource allocation is particularly critical. Therefore, the limited resources of enterprises must be concentrated into the professional field.In this case, the third party logistics emerges at the right moment.The third party logistics is a new form of logistics which is produced by the continuous evolution of logistics theory and practice. Through the third party logistics, an integrated and professional system of logistics,enterprises can transfer the non-core business of transportation to other enterpriseswith transportation as the main business,and cooperate with professional logistics companies to jointly establish a win-win interactive cooperative relationship.
This paper starts with the specific concept of the third party logistics,and introduces in detail the understanding of the concept of the third party logistics at home and abroad. This paper discusses the significance of the development of the third party logistics, and analyzes the problems,opportunities and challenges faced by the development of the third party logistics in China by elaborating the current situation of the development of the third party logistics in developed countries and China. Finally, the author puts forward some reasonable suggestions and improvement measures.
