| 生鲜农产品冷链物流运输成本优化研究
摘 要
由于我国的经济发展水平不断提高，人民的生活水平在不断提高，对农产品的要求也不断提高；现如今，冷链物流的不断发展，极大有效的保障了农产品的新鲜度。因生鲜农产品具有非常强季节性和易腐烂性，所以生鲜农产品的质量在市场上面经常得不到保障，而且我国冷链运输技术相对来说比较落后，在配送环节上的车辆的运输成本、货损成本、时间成本、温度成本过高；我国是农产品大国，伴随随着国民收入增长与消费升级，农产品保鲜保质的需求日益提高，农产品产地冷链物流作为后续冷链流通的起点，日益受到关注。本文从对生鲜农产品冷链物流的运输现状进行分析，结合一些运输成本数据，找出生鲜农产品运输成本不合理的地方，提出一些可行有效的建议和措施，提高冷链物流技术，优化运输成本，从而促进我国冷链物流技术的提升和进步。

Abstract
As China's economic development level continues to improve,people's living standards continue to improve,the requirements for agricultural products also continue to improve; now, the continuous development of cold chain logistics, greatly effective protection of the freshness of agricultural products. Due to the strong seasonality and perishability of fresh agricultural products,the quality of fresh agricultural products is often not guaranteed in the market. Moreover, China's cold chain transportation technology is relatively backward, and the transportation cost, damage cost,time cost and temperature cost of vehicles in the distribution link are too high. China is a big country of agricultural products,with the growth of national income and consumption Upgrading, the demand for preservation and quality of agricultural products is increasing. As the starting point of the follow-up cold chain circulation,the cold chain logistics of agricultural products origin is increasingly concerned. This paper analyzes the transportation status of fresh agricultural products cold chain logistics, combined with some transportation cost data,finds out the unreasonable transportation cost offresh agricultural products,and puts forward some feasible and effective suggestions and measures to improve the cold chain logistics technology and optimize the transportation cost, so as to promote the promotion and progress of China's cold chain logistics technology.
