| 京东物流成本控制研究
摘要：近年，随着广大群众生活质量提高，消费者购买能力的增强，许多物流企业迅速崛起，尤其在经济全球化的发展中面临着前所未有的机遇和挑战。电商企业在销售平台、物流运输以及第三方支付系统的完善与发展过程中，呈现出白热化的竞争态势。所以电商企业在发展过程中应该实现企业运营成本的合理控制，从建构完善采购体系、仓储成本的控制力度、运输环节的合理优化以及物流人员结构的合理调整等多方面进行成本控制。成本管理是企业的重要组成部分，关系到企业的利润，本文以京东物流为例，提出现存的成本管理问题和对策。

Research on Cost Control of Jingdong Logistics
Abstract: In recent years, with the improvement of people's quality of life and the enhancement of consumers' purchasing power, many logistics enterprises are rising rapidly,especially in the development of economic globalization, facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. E-commerce enterprises in the sales platform,logistics and transportation and third-party payment system improvement and development process, showing a white hot competition. Therefore, in the process of development,e-commerce enterprises should realize thereasonable control of enterprise operating costs, from the construction and improvement of the procurement system, the control of storage costs, the reasonable optimization of transportation links and the reasonable adjustment of logistics personnel structure. Cost management is an important part of the enterprise, which is related to the profit of the enterprise. Taking Jingdong Logistics as an example,this paper puts forward the existing cost management problems and countermeasures.
