摘 要：头顶球技术在足球运动当中占有非常重要的地位，譬如对于定位球，尤其是角球的进攻或者防守任务来说，头顶球技术都是有效完成进攻或防守任务的关键点之一。在进攻或者防守高空球时头顶球技术在这种情况下却可以发挥出最大的效果和作用。本文将以足球中头球技术作为研究对象，找出科学有效的头球训练方法，为头球训练提供参考。

Abstract:Headball technology plays a very important role in football.For example, for positioning ball, especially for angle ball attack or defense,headball technology is one of the key points to effectively complete offensive or defensive tasks. In this case, the headball technique can play the greatest effect and function in attacking or defending high empty ball. In this paper, the headball technology in football is taken as the research object to find out the scientific and effective headball training method. To provide reference for headball training.
