小学低段跆拳道运动促进学生身体素质的作用


摘要:
 
跆拳道运动是一项新兴体育运动,跆拳道运动主要注重踢法以及腿法,横踢、侧踢等踢法、技术进行格斗或对抗的现代竞技体育运动[1]。本次研究通过运用文献资料法、实验研究法、数据统计分析法,研究分析跆拳道运动进入小学低段课堂教学,对学生身体素质有哪些提高和促进作用;通过训练和竞技比赛,促进团结合作、顽强拼搏等精神。本文通过对跆拳道运动在我校低段课堂(二年级)开展实验教学,随机选取20个样本进行实验研究并分析。通过实验对比分析得到,跆拳道运动更能促进学生柔韧性和肺活量等身体素质。

ABSTRACT :Taekwondo is a new sport.Taekwondo mainly focuses on kicking and kicking, horizontal kick,side kick and other kicking skills to fight or confrontation in modern competitive sports. This research through the use of literature, Experimental Research,statistical analysis of data,research and analysis of Taekwondo into the low-level classroom teaching primary school, what to improve and promote the physical quality of students; through training and competition, to promote unity and cooperation, indomitable fighting spirit. In this paper, taekwondo in the lower class (second grade) experimental teaching, random selection of 20 samples for experimental research and analysis.Through the comparative analysis of the experiment,Taekwondo sports can promote students flexibility and vital capacity and other physical quality.
