电商平台新兴互联网企业营销战略发展探讨—以三只松鼠为例
摘 要
随着互联网的出现,电子商务正以其不可思议的力量改变着传统的商业惯例,同时,随着B2C模式的发展,通过互联网进行销售的新方式也变得越来越流行。没有互联网连接的传统连接受到影响公司已受到影响。为了增强自身的竞争力和长期发展,本文使用案例分析和SWOT分析模型从成长中的互联网公司的优势,劣势,机会和威胁的四个维度来研究这三只松鼠公司的战略发展成本。同时,它也为新的互联网公司的发展提供了类似的思路,并提供了一些改进措施。

ABSTRACT
With the advent of the Internet,e-commerce is changing traditional business practices with its incredible power. At the same time, with the development of the B2C model,new ways of selling through the Internet have become more and more popular. Traditional connections without Internet connections are affected.Companies have been affected.In order to enhance its own competitiveness and long-term development,this article uses case analysis and SWOT analysis model to study the strategic development costs of the three squirrel companies from the four dimensions of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of growing Internet companies. At the same time, it also provides similar ideas for the development of new Internet companies and provides some improvement measures.
