| 基于 EVA 模型的中国乳品上市公司投资价值分析——以“蒙牛乳业”为例
摘要
本文以蒙牛乳业为例，基于上市公司价值评估的主要方法和EVA模型对中国乳制品上市公司的投资价值进行分析。通过对蒙牛乳业的盈利能力，偿债能力和营运能力进行分析，得出其有很好的发展前景也有很大的投资价值，但蒙牛乳业目前与同行业其他企业间仍存在一些差距。再通过EVA模型对蒙牛乳业价值创造能力进行评估和预测，给投资者提供更准确的投资决策。

Abstract
Taking Mengniu Dairy as an example,this paper analyzes the investment value of China's listed dairy companies based on the main methods of valuation of listed companies and EVA model. Through the analysis of the profitability, solvency and operating capacity of Mengniu Dairy,it is concluded that mengniu dairy has a good development prospect and great investment value. However, there are still some gaps between Mengniu Dairy and other enterprises in the same industry. Then, EVA model is used to evaluate and predict mengniu dairy's value creation ability, so as to provide investors with more accurate investment decisions.
