| 房地产企业盈利能力研究——以万科集团为例
摘 要：
在如今经济全球化的热潮中，中国经济也逐步融入世界大潮中。对企业来说，要想平稳长久的生存与发展，获利才是最大的生存之道。自1998年“房改”以来，我国房地产行业开始整体进入发展的阶段，万科集团一直处于房地产行业的领先位置。杜邦财务分析法就是通过指标的关联性，综合分析企业获利水平对企业财务的影响。因此，本文在杜邦分析法下通过对万科集团的盈利能力进行分析，发现企业盈利能力方面存在的不足与问题，并提出解决措施。

Abstract：
In today in the wave of economic globalization,China's economy also gradually in the globalization of the world. For companies, want to steady long-term survival and development, profit is the greatest survival."Room" since 1998, our country real estate industry began to entered the stage of the development of the whole, CHINA WANKE, has been in the leading position of real estate industry. DuPont financial analysis is a comprehensive analysis of the impact of corporate profit level on corporate finance through the correlation of indicators. Therefore, this article under the DuPont analysis method through analysis of the profitability of CHINA WANKE,found that corporate profitability the deficiencies and problems, and solutions are put forward.
