摘 要

抓创新就是抓发展，谋创新就是谋未来。2020年，全球新冠疫情大流行，新一轮科技革命和产业变革蓬勃兴起，世界正经历着百年未有之大变局，科技创新是大变局中的关键变量，也是推动以高质量发展为主题的新发展格局的主要动力。本文以在此行业占据龙头地位的三安光电股份有限公司为例，首先通过从三安光电股份有限公司所面临的外部情况入手，进一步深入分析行业内部环境；其次从三安光电的发展的现状、市场、财务报表等方面进行分析，通过这些指标性数据分析，能够清楚的认识到公司发展的优略势；最后从三安光电所处的环境和公司内部的运营状况、管理状况和财务状况的多方面进行综合分析，从而得出对三安光电股份有限公司的投资结论，具有长期投资价值。

The world is experiencing a great change that has not happened in a century.Scientific and technological innovation is the key variable in the great change and the main driving force to promote the new development pattern with the theme of high-quality development. This paper takes San 'an photoelectric Co., LTD., which is the leading company in this industry, as an example.Firstly, it analyzes the internal environment of the industryfrom the external situation faced by San 'an photoelectric Co., LTD.; secondly, it analyzes the development status, market,financial statements and other aspects of San 'an photoelectric Co., LTD..Through the analysis of these index data, we can clearly understand the situation Finally,the paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the environment of San 'an photoelectric Co., LTD.and its internal operation, management and financial situation,so as to draw the investment conclusion of San 'an photoelectric Co., LTD., which has long-term investment value.
