摘 要

党的十九大报告提出，新能源体系具有干净、低碳、安全、高效的特点，是创办现代化经济机制、达成经济社会连续健壮发展的必然请求。在国家政策支持下和石油资源减少下，新能源汽车行业在未来的发展势头迅猛，发展潜力大。本文采用2015年-2019年新能源汽车上市公司的相关数据为研究对象，以研发经费的投入强度和研发人员的投入强度作为解释变量,财务绩效中的净资产收益率作为被解释变量,企业规模、资产负债率作为控制变量,进行描述性统计和多元回归性分析,实证结果表明新能源汽车行业研发投入对企业绩效具有正向促进作用，提升企业的盈利能力需要增加研发投入力度,可以促使行业平稳发展。本文依照实证的结果分析得出,企业要偏重研发创新,扩大研发经费的投入,推动企业研发投入的连续性; 重视人才培养，加大研发人员的投入,提高研发人员素质，促进企业高质量发展。

Abstract

According to the report of the 19th CPC National Congress, a new energy system is clean, lowcarbon, safe and efficient, which is an inevitable requirement for building a modern economic system and realizing sustainable and healthy economic and social development. With the support of national policies and the reduction of petroleum resources, the new energy vehicle industry will develop rapidly in the future with great development potential. In this paper, relevant data of new energy vehicle listed companies from 2015 to 2019 are selected as the research samples. With r&d input intensity and r&d input intensity as explanatory variables, financial performance return on net assets to be explained variable, enterprise scale, the assetliability ratio as control variables, descriptive statistics and multivariate regression analysis, the empirical results show that the research and development of new energy automotive industry has an positive promoting effect on enterprise performance, and increase investment in research and development can improve the profitability of the enterprise, make industry development steadily. Based on the analysis of empirical results, this paper concludes that enterprises should pay attention to R&D innovation, expand the investment of R&D funds, and promote the continuity of enterprise R&D investment; Pay attention to personnel training, increase investment in research and development personnel, improve the quality of research and development personnel, and promote highquality development of enterprises.
