利用生物信息学对大豆非生物胁迫分析的研究进展 摘要:随着全球气候的改变,非生物胁迫正在严重威胁着大豆的产量。作为重要的蛋白质和食用油作物,对大豆的研究一直以来饱受重视。大豆抵抗非生物胁迫中主要是转录因子在起作用。本文概述了利用生物信息学方法分析转录因子在大豆非生物胁迫中的作用,为大豆抗性育种提供研究方法。 关键词:非生物胁迫;转录因子;生物信息学 Research Progress on abiotic stress analysis of soybean by Bioinformatics Abstract: With the change of global climate, abiotic stress is seriously threatening the yield of soybean. As an important protein and edible oil crop, the research on soybean has been paid much attention. Transcription factors play an important role in soybean resistance to abiotic stress. In this paper, the role of transcription factors in abiotic stress of soybean was analyzed by using bioinformatics methods, which provided research methods for soybean resistance breeding.
