| HPLC法测定咖啡饮料中烟酸和烟酰胺
摘要: 介绍了高效液相色谱法测定咖啡饮料中烟酸、烟酰胺的方法。方法采用
Platisil ODS 柱，5μm*4.6mm*150mm，以 1-癸烷磺酸钠、乙腈、磷酸为流动相，流速 1.0mL /min 进行等度洗脱， 15min 内可以实现对待测组分的基线分离。结果表明， 待测组分在各自浓度范围内线性良好， 线性相关系数均大于 0.9999， 平均加标回收率为 88.6% ～ 109.8% ， 相对标准偏差为 0.96% ～4.5% 。该方法方便、准确、快速、灵敏度高， 适合咖啡饮料中烟酸、烟酰胺含量的同时测定。

Determination of niacin and nicotinamide in coffee drinks

Abstract：A method for determination of nicotinic acid and nicotinamide in coffee drinks by HPLC was introduced. Methods the Platisil ODS column, 5 mu *4.6mm*150mm, using sodium 1-decane sulfonate,acetonitrile, phosphoric acid as mobile phase, flow rate 1.0mL /min, iso-elution, can achieve the baseline separation of the measured components within 15min.The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of the tested components were all higher than 0.9999, the average standard recovery was 88.6% ~ 109.8%, and the relative standard deviation was 0.96% ~ 4.5%.The method is convenient, accurate, rapid and sensitive,suitable for simultaneous determination of nicotinic acid and nicotinamide in coffee drinks.
