| 年产1200吨阻燃ABS树脂生产工艺设计
摘要：ABS作为工程塑料的一种重要高分子材料，由于它很多方面的性能特点，例如：表面光泽度好，耐寒性、耐热性强，容易加工等优点，其应用的领域非常广泛，主要应用于建筑管道、电子电器外壳、纺织等制造业以及化工行业[1]。但是随着人们的需求不断增加，人们更加关注ABS树脂的阻燃性能，所以在ABS的基础上通过添加阻燃剂制得具有阻燃性能的ABS树脂是市场的大趋势。本课题将通过对阻燃剂的选择、物料的相关计算以及生产设备的使用，对阻燃ABS树脂生产工艺流程进行研究探索，从而达到年产1200吨阻燃ABS树脂的设计目标。

Abstract：As an important polymer material of engineering plastics,ABS has many performance characteristics, such as good surface gloss, cold resistance, heat resistance, easy processing, etc., and its application is very wide,mainly used in building pipes, electronic and electrical shells, etc. But with the increasing demand of people,people pay more attention to the flame retardant properties of ABS resin, so on the basis of ABS by adding flame retardant ABS resin with flame retardant properties is the general trend of the market. Through the selection of flame retardant agent,relevant calculation of materials and the use of production equipment,this topic will study and explore the production process of flame retardant ABS resin, so as to achieve the design goal of annual output of 1200 tons of flame retardant ABS resin.
