新媒体营销在酒店业的应用

摘 要:伴随着互联网科技在中国的迅速发展,各类新媒体如雨后春笋般应运而生,传统营销因运用形式、宣传效果有局限等原因不能够很好地满足酒店行业当下发展的营销需求,运用新媒体进行营销已经成为了新时代的营销趋势,通过具体分析天津丽思卡尔顿酒店营销当中存在的问题,由点到面地总结在互联网新媒体环境下酒店行业在营销上所面临的挑战和困难,进而提出注重市场调研和客户需求分析、传统营销方式与新媒体营销有机结合、改进新媒体宣发方式和途径,以增强与消费者的联系与共鸣,为酒店行业在营销策略方面顺应互联网+时代的建议。

Abstract:

With the rapid development of Internet technology in China,all kinds of new media have sprung up as The Times require. Traditional marketing cannot well meet the marketing needs of the current development of the hotel industry due to the limitation of its application form and publicity effect. Using new media for marketing has become the marketing trend of the new era.This article through the concrete analysis problems of Tianjin Ritz-carlton hotel marketing, institution transference sums in the Internet in the hotel industry under the new media environment on marketing challenges and difficulties,and pay attention to market research and customer demand analysis, the traditional marketing way and the organic combination of new media marketing ways and methods, improvement of the new media dispersing pertains. In order to enhance the connection with consumers and resonance,for the hotel industry in terms of marketing strategies to adapt to the Internet + era of suggestions.
