| 延边民族地区红色文化资源开发研究
摘 要
红色文化资源作为中国共产党领导中国人民在长期革命斗争中所形成的伟大革命精神及物质载体，其中蕴含的智慧与精神，具有极高的文化价值，是我国在发展的过程中形成的无价财富和巨大宝藏。延边朝鲜族自治州地处东北边疆，是最早遭受日本帝国主义侵略的地区，延边人民在开拓边疆、保卫边疆的历史过程中，应验了“村村皆抗日、屯屯出英雄”的传说，是我国民族地区抗日战争的典型，遗留了丰富的红色文化资源。这些红色文化资源积淀了延边人民的爱国情感、彰显了不屈不挠的民族精神。
保护和开发红色文化资源是新时代爱国主义的要求，是响应时代潮流对新发展理念的积极贯彻。延边地区的红色文化资源的开发利用已经取得了一定的成果，但同时也面临着一些亟待解决的问题，如配套文娱设施不完善，服务管理水平参差不齐等等。2007年延边地区首次提出开展“文化强州”发展战略，加大对延边地区红色资源开发的财政支持。伴随着新发展理念的提出，延边政府开始关注延边地区红色文化资源的开发利用的合理新方式新渠道。本论文基于对延边地区红色文化资源开发保护的现状进行分析和总结，并结合开发过程中面临的困境和存在的问题，梳理和探讨延边地区红色文化资源开发及对策，提出切实有效开发民族地区红色文化资源的意见建议与具体措施，以供延边地区红色文化资源保护和开发及交叉领域借鉴和参考。
本文对研究的主要内容、意义以及研究思路、方法及国内外相关研究现状进行梳理和总结，并界定了红色文化资源的内涵、类型等相关概念。肯定了延边地区的红色文化资源开发过程中取得的成就，同时也分析了基础设施，区域联动，产业化发展水平，资源保护力度等方面存在的问题。阐述了如何有效对延边地区红色文化资源进行开发的对策，并重点挖掘了延边地区保护和开发红色文化资源的意义；
本文结合延边地区的区域特征，明确“文化边疆”定位的打造，提出开发延边红色文化资源的新思路与措施建议，并为其他地区的红色文化资源的开发提供借鉴意义。

Abstract
Red tourism resources refer to the revolutionary spirit carried by important revolutionary commemorative sites and monuments in important historical periods such as the early days of the Communist Party of China, the Great Revolution, the Red Long March,and the Anti-Japanese War after the founding of the Communist Party of China and before the founding of the People's Republic of China. Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture is located in the border area, which was invaded by Japanese imperialism at the earliest time. In the historical process of developing and defending the border area,Yanbian people fulfilled the legend of "every village is anti-Japanese,every village has a hero", and it is a typical example of the anti-Japanese war in China's ethnic areas, leaving rich red tourism resources. These red tourism resources accumulate Yanbian people's patriotic feelings and manifest the indomitable national spirit.
Protecting and developing red tourism resources is the requirement of patriotism in the new era and the active implementation of the new development concept in response to the trend of The Times. The development and utilization of red tourism resources in yanbian area has made some achievements, but at the same time, there are still some problems to be solved,such as the relatively backward development and the imperfect supporting cultural and recreational facilities. In 2007, Yanbian put forward the development strategy of "strong culture state" forthe first time to increase the financial support of red tourism resources in Yanbian. With the proposed of the new development concept,Yanbian government began to pay attention to thedevelopment and utilization of red tourism resources in Yanbian area of the reasonable new ways and new channels. In this paper, based on the new concept of development,to the present situation of the red tourism resources development and protection of the Yanbian region were analyzed and summarized,and combined with the plight of the development process and the existing problems, and the development of red tourism resources protection of the Yanbian region and the direction of future development, put forward the effective protection and development of red tourism resources in national regions, the opinions of the development of red tourism Suggestions and specific measures, for red tourism resource protection and development of the Yanbian region and cross reference area.
This paper sorts out and summarizes the main content, significance,research ideas, methods and relevant research status at home and abroad, and defines the connotation, types and other related concepts of red tourism resources. This paper expounds how to develop and utilize the red tourism resources in yanbian area effectively under the new development concept,and excavates the significance of protecting and developing the red tourism resources in yanbian area emphatically.
From the types and distribution of red tourism resources of red tourism resources developmentin the process of facing difficulties and development path three aspects elaborated the statusquo of the red tourism resources development in yanbian,affirmation of the red tourism resources of yanbian areathe achievements in the development process, and analyzes the infrastructure, regional linkage, industrialization level, the problems of resources protection, etc
This paper combines the regional characteristics of Yanbianarea and takes the new development concept as the guidance. From the five aspects of innovation, coordination, green, opening and sharing,this paper puts forward the new ideas and measures for the protection and development of red tourism resources in Yanbian, and provides reference for the development of red tourism resources in other areas.
