| 凯撒旅游绩效财务评价研究
摘 要
21世纪以来，旅游业做为新兴产业一直是经济讨论的热点话题，我国各地区、各级政府都在积极的绕第三产业开发旅游资源和热门周边产品，使得旅游业发展迅猛。目前它不仅对经济发展起到越来越重要的作用，同时也促进了公民素质提高，推动了文化传承和发扬。
首先，本文通过查阅上市公司凯撒同盛发展股份有限公司近5年的财务报告和相关资料，使用比率分析法和对比分析法对财务报告进行详细的分析。其次，以财务分析结果为基础，使用沃尔评分法和杜邦分析法对凯撒同盛发展股份有限公司的财务绩效进行评价。最后，根据对凯撒同盛发展股份有限公司财务绩效评价结果，提出相关的绩效优化对策，旨在为经营管理者提供有价值的参考信息，帮助其做出经济决策，并为其他旅游上市公司提供借鉴和参考。关键词：财务绩效评价；沃尔评分法；杜邦分析法；凯撒同盛发展股份有限公司

Since twenty-first Century,the tourism industry as a new industry and sunrise industry has been a hot topic of the economy. Tourism resources have been vigorously developed in all parts of China, which makes the tourism industry develop rapidly. Tourism enterprises, especially listed tourism companies,play a more and more important role in the development of China's economy. Tourism not only plays an important role in the economy,but also promotes the quality of citizens and promotes the inheritance and development of culture.
