现如今,经济的快速发展,带了动旅游服务业的发展,与此同时,酒店业也迅速发展。对于酒店来说,这既是机遇同时也是挑战。随着人们生活水平的提高,人们的消费心理变得越来越成熟,对于酒店的选择已不再趋于价格和基本的住行。据调查表明,酒店的服务质量是酒店顾客考虑的第一要素,同时餐饮是顾客在住店过程中非常重视的一部分。只有酒店高度重视餐饮服务质量,才能有更好的发展。本文通过对苏州福朋喜来登酒店宴会厅的调查了解发现其存在的问题,并对其问题进行分析,最后提出相对应的解决对策。

Abstract

Nowadays, the rapid development of economy has brought the development of tourism service industry and hotel industry. For hotels, this is both an opportunity and a challenge. With the improvement of people's living standard, people's consumption psychology has become more and more mature, and the choice of hotel is no longer tending to the price and basic accommodation. According to the survey, the service quality of the hotel is the first factor for the hotel customers to consider, and catering is a part of the process that the customers attach great importance to.Only when the hotel attaches great importance to the quality of catering service can it develop better.Therefore, through the investigation of the banquet hall of The Four Points Sheraton Hotel in Suzhou, this paper finds out the existing problems, analyzes the problems, and finally puts forward corresponding solutions.
