摘 要

随着当代社会的发展,在经营过程中,企业发展的风险也在不断扩大,尤其是财务风险也不断增加。财务风险是企业在管理财务过程中一直存在的问题,经过多年来众多学者的研究思考,对财务风险有了一定的环缓解办法但却无法消除。本文结合财务风险理论与京东集团的实际情况,对京东集团的财务风险分析采用文献分析法、个案研究法、分析比较法等研究方法。第一阅读研究财务风险的相关文献,了解财务风险的特点,确定本文案例中应对财务风险的思路;第二,结合案例,使用个案研究法对本文涉及的财务风险要素进行识别,确定本案例中存在的财务风险类型;最后结合外部和内部因素,对京东的财务风险的特点进行总结,有针对性、计划性地提出应对财务风险的对策。

Financial Risk Evaluation and Management Analysis of Jingdong Group

Abstract

With the development of contemporary society, in the process of operation, the risk of enterprise development is also expanding, especially the financial risk is also increasing. Financial risk has always been a problem in the process of financial management of enterprises. After many years of research and thinking by many scholars, there are certain measures to mitigate financial risk, but they cannot be eliminated. In this paper, combining the theory of financial risk management with the actual situation of Jingdong Group, the financial risk analysis of Jingdong Group adopts several research methods such as literature analysis, case study method, analysis and comparison method. First of all, read and study the relevant literature on financial risk, understand the basic characteristics of financial risk, and determine the basic ideas to deal with financial risk in this case; Secondly, divide the research scope of financial risk in this paper, and use the case study method to identify the financial risk elements involved in this paper, and determine the types of financial risk existing in this case and should be analyzed. Thirdly, combined with the comparison of the financial data and financial risk level of the peer enterprises, the financial risk level of Jingdong Group is analyzed from the overall level and decomposition level. Finally, combined with external and internal factors, the characteristics of the financial risk of Jingdong Group are summarized, and targeted financial risk countermeasures are put forward.
