摘 要

互联网时代下，电子商务高速发展的同时，劣势也不容忽视。在已经形成的“区块链+ 互联网”背景下，区块链在企业中的应用也在不断地加深，区块链也将为企业的发展带来新的生机与活力。区块链技术是目前发展较为热门的一项新兴技术，其中包含分布式的数据存储、点对点的数据传输、共识机制、加密算法等多种技术，同时其去中心化、开放性、信息不可篡改、匿名性等特征，更使得区块链这一技术在脱离比特币后，就能快速得到各领域的关注和研究。尤其在财务管理方面体现，财务管理作为企业的发展基础，财务管理水平的高低会直接地影响企业的资金流动状况。区块链技术的出现更是对互联网的用途可能从传统的信息传递逐步转变成为价值传递的预示，而这将会为传统金融行业带来一场前所未有的挑战与革命。

Abstract

In the Internet era, the rapid development of e-commerce, weaknesses can not be ignored.Under the background of "block chain Internet ",the application of block chain will be deepened, and block chain will bring new vitality and vitality to the development of enterprises. Block chain, as a hot new technology, includes distributed data storage,point-to-point data transmission, consensus mechanism, encryption algorithm and so on. Especially in the aspect of financial management, as the basis of enterprise development,the level of financial management will directly affect the capital flow of enterprises. The emergence of block chain technology indicates that the use of the Internet may gradually change from traditional information transmission to value transmission,thus bringing an unprecedented revolution and challenge to the traditional financial industry.
