摘要
 
在企业战略实施过程中财务战略至关重要,关系着企业总体战略目标能否实现。哔哩哔哩作为中国目前规模最大的二次元弹幕网站,通过市场细分实行差异化战略提高用户黏性度、占领市场份额的同时,财务状况却不容乐观。目前哔哩哔哩仍处于商业化初期,净利润亏损,营业收入仍有较大发展空间。哔哩哔哩为了可以持续稳定发展,哔哩哔哩需要进行财务战略方面的优化。本文将通过产品生命周期、SWOT分析、财务战略矩阵等方法分析哔哩哔哩财务战略状况,并提出相应优化建议。
 
Abstract
 
In the process of enterprise strategy implementation,financial strategy is very important, which is related to the realization of the overall strategic goal of the enterprise. Bilibili, as the largest second-grade bullet screen website in China,implements a differentiation strategy through market segmentation toimprove user viscosity and occupy market share, but at the same time, its financial situation is not optimistic. At present, Bilibili is still in the early stage of commercialization,with net profit loss and operating income still having a large space for development. In order to achieve sustainable and stable development, Bilibili needs to optimize its financial strategy. This paper will analyze Bilibili's financial strategy through product life cycle, SWOT analysis,financial strategy matrix and other methods, and put forward corresponding optimization suggestions
