| 加强GL电器现金管理的对策研究
摘要
在现代企业的发展过程中，现金流是企业正常运转的必要保障，且其最能反映企业的本质。在众多价值评价指标中，基于现金流的评价也是最具权威性的，只有现金流量正常的企业才能生存下去。本文将通过对GL电器现金流的分析与研究，剖析其在现金管理方面存在的问题并提出几点改进的对策。通过加强现金流管理，落实财务预算管理，促进企业财务管理，更好地执行企业的财务战略，定会使企业在激烈竞争中求得生存和发展。

Abstract
In the development of modern enterprises,cash flow is the necessary guarantee for the normal operation of enterprises, and it can best reflect the essence of enterprises. Among many value evaluation indexes,cash flow based evaluation is also the most authoritative, only the normal cash enterprises can survive. By analyzing and studying the cash flow of GL appliances,this paper analyzes the problems existing in cash management and puts forward some countermeasures for improvement. By strengthening cash flow management, implement financial budget management,promoting enterprise financial management and better implementing enterprisesfinancial strategy, enterprises will survive and develop in fierce competition.
