摘要：存货是企业一项很重要的资产，尤其是对于服装业来说，随时时代的不断发展，流行元素的不断变化以及现在越来越多的企业之间竞争激烈,导致服装企业存货以此资金压力越来越大,造成存货积压，作为一个具有高度灵活性和不确定性的行业,商品库存一直是该行业非常关注的问题。该文章通过分析美邦服饰在存货管理方面的现状,分析出该企业在存货管理方面的一些问题。针对这些问题提出了解决对策。高效地管理存货,既能提高存货的周转率,加快资金流动,也可带来持续的经济效益,增强市场竞争能力。通过这些方式,希望可以帮助美邦服饰提高存货管理水平,也为其他服装企业在存货管理问题上提供一个新的借鉴。

Inventory Management Analysis of Shanghai Metersbonwe Technology Co., Ltd

Abstract：Inventory is a very important asset of anenterprise, especially for the clothing industry. With the continuous development of the times,the changing popular elements and the fiercecompetition among more and more enterprises, the inventory of clothing enterprises is under increasing financial pressure, resulting in inventory backlog. As a highly flexible and uncertain industry,commodity inventory has always been a very concerned issue in the industry. By analyzing the current situation of Smith Barney in inventory management,this paper analyzes some problems in inventory management of Smith Barney. In view of these problems, the countermeasures are put forward.Managing inventory efficiently can not only improve inventory turnover rate and speed up capital flow, but also bring sustained economic benefits and enhance market competitiveness. Through these methods, I hope to help Smith Barney improve its inventory management leveland provide a new reference for other clothing enterprises in inventory management.
