| 浅谈波司登公司存货管理问题及对策 摘 要 随着现代经济的日益发展，企业竞争不单单是规模的竞争，整体实力的竞争，更是内部管理的竞争，各大生产型、制造型企业开始关注内部的管理问题，存货作为一项流动资产也越来越受到管理者的重视，与传统的企业相比，现代化企业采用更加科学合理的存货管理方法，一个公司能否在市场中建立起长期的存货管理竞争优势取决于它的存货管理水平，那么基于此重要性如何快速发现主要约束因素，通过“开发”或“提升”的方法解决问题，再将次要约束因素上升为主要问题并不断循环下去直至企业完全进入一种良性循环的状态成了企业面临的--项难题。本文通过对波司登股份有限公司存货管理中的一些问题进行分析研究并提出相应的对策进行综述，并在此基础上，提出这一研究的具体方向以及行业趋势。 关键词：波司登公司；存货管理；对策 Abstract With the increasing development of the modern economy,corporate competition is not only competition for volume, competition of total strength, but also competition for internal management.Larger manufacturing and manufacturing companies have begun to pay attention to internal management issues, and inventory is currently a remedy.Compared to traditional companies,modern companies adopt more scientific and reasonable methods of inventory management.Whether a company can establish a long-term competitive advantage in inventory managementin the market depends on the level of inventory management, So based on this meaning,how to quickly find the main constraints,solve the problem by "developing"or"improving", and then raise the secondary constraints to the main problem and continue circling until the company enters the state of Virtue circle has become a difficult problem for companies.This article analyzes and studies some issues in inventory management Bosideng Co,Ltd.and proposes appropriate countermeasures.Based on that, he suggests a specific direction of this research and industrial trends.
