| “互联网+”背景下业财融合在医药企业中的医药研究——以H公司为例 摘要 当今的世界是一个追求高效，高质量的信息化社会，随着我国科学技术的不断进步，和人们理念的更新，我国大部分企业已经信息化普及，随着时代的进步，以及经济模式的转变，大多数企业对财务方面的要求已经不再是单单的会计核算和资金收付这类的传统工作了，要求财务会计是一个面向未来，全面参与，服务，支持，融入到业务中，能帮助企业在各个方面提供帮助和创造企业价值的组织。同时在这样一个信息化技术高速发展的时代，企业也逐渐趋向信息化，近年来,我国科学技术突飞猛进,“互联网+”概念持续深入,“人工智能”“大数据”“云计算”等技术正深刻地改变着企业的经营管理及财务管理模式。本文首先阐述业财融合的意义和作用，然后本课题医药企业为例，通过参考资料以及阅读文献，基于已设计好的业财融合方案的基础上，根据所实施的方案进度，进一步分析研究业财融合过程中出现的问题，以便完善和发展企业在互联网+背景下的业财融合，并总结业财融合成功实施的经验，具体以九州通医药集团为对象，考虑了“互联网 +”背景下医药流通企业的业务、财务特点 以及“两票制”等行业新政对九州通的影响，深入剖析其管理现状、存在问题和实施业财融合的条件，提出了贴合九州通现状及需求，符合九州通未来规划和发展方向的业财融合方案。该方案涵盖组织、 流程、系统、人员等四个相互关联的层面，配合理念、制度、方法三方面的保障措施，能有力推进九州 通业财融合的实施，最后探讨企业实施业财融合的路径，帮助医药企业实现业财融合，促进企业转型与发展。 关键词：业财融合；互联网+；财务管理 ABSTRACT Today's world is an information age that pursues high efficiency and precision.With the rapid development of science and technology and informationtechnology in China, China has entered a new era of digital economy. With the rapid development of modern society and the continuous transformation of economy, the financial requirements of most enterprises are no longer just the traditional work of accounting and capital receipt and payment,Financial accounting is required to be a future oriented,full participation, service, support, into the business, can help enterprises in all aspects to provide help and create enterprise value. Taking JIUZHOUTONG Pharmaceutical Group as an example,the business and financial characteristics of pharmaceutical circulation enterprises under the background of"Internet +" are considered And the impact of "two votesystem" and other industry new policies on Kyushu, in-depth analysis of its management status, existing problems and the implementation of the conditions of industry and finance integration, put forward the industry and finance integration scheme that is in line with the current situation and needs of Kyushu, and in line with the future planning and development direction of Kyushu. The scheme covers four interrelated levels of organization, process, system and personnel.With the guarantee measures of concept, system and method,the scheme can effectively promote the implementation of industry finance integration in Jiuzhoutong. Finally, the paper discusses the path of enterprise implementation of industry finance integration to help pharmaceutical enterprises realize industry financial integration and promote enterprise transformation and development.
