| 万科房地产公司股利政策的现状及对策 摘要 股利政策作为公司的核心财务问题之一,在公司经营中起着至关重要的作用,一直受到利益各方的密切关注。近年来,我国房地产市场持续高速发展,但也暴露了不少问题。房地产上市公司对股利分配的政策显然不够重视，股利政策的制定有很大的盲目性和随意性，股利分配往往呈现短期性。然而，公司股利政策恰当与否，对上市公司自身、投资者以及资本市场的发展都有重要的影响。本文首先阐述了股利政策的相关理论内容，接着提出当前房地产公司的现状及对其问题成因进行剖析，最后为房地产行业上市公司的股利政策提出相应政策性的建议。 关键词：股利政策 股利分配 Wenzhou model of private lending as an important element and part of the process of economic development in Wenzhou has played an extremely important role.
