摘 要

汉画像石是汉代刻画在石刻建筑上的艺术，是中华民族传承千年的历史印记中极为璀璨的一块。其内容和题材都极其广泛，关系到生活的各个方面。在漫长历史的长河中，汉画像是最具汉文化象征意义的一个。
因为汉代祠堂以及墓室画像的重要题材便包括庖厨图，所以庖厨图可以说是汉代经济、政治以及文化等各种因素的综合产物。庖厨图上对宰杀、炊煮、汲水等画像的刻画，是汉代饮食活动的形象再现，反映了汉代的现实生活。对汉代画像石中的庖厨图进行进一步研究有助于我们对汉代人的饮食习惯、丧葬观念、宗教信仰等情况做深入的了解。

Study on the Function of Chef Image in the Tomb of Han Dynasty

Abstract

Han Dynasty stone sculpture is carved in the Han Dynasty stone architecture art, is the Chinese nation inherited a thousand years of historical marks a very bright piece. The content and subject matter of Han Dynasty stone paintings are extremely wide, related to every aspect of life. In ancient China, it was a special form of expression of funeral rites and customs. In the Han Dynasty, the scope of dissemination was the largest. In the long history, the Han Dynasty portrait is one of the best embodiment of the Han culture, so the study of the Han Dynasty stone is helpful for us to understand the history, customs, thoughts and so on.
Because the important subjects of ancestral temple and tomb portraits of the Han Dynasty included cooking drawings, cooking drawings can be said to be a comprehensive product of various factors such as economy, politics and culture of the Han Dynasty. The depictions of killing, cooking and drawing water on the cooking drawings are images of the eating activities of the Han Dynasty and reflect the real life of the Han Dynasty. A further study of the cooking pictures in the Han Dynasty stone sculptures is helpful for us to have a deep understanding of the eating habits, funeral concepts and religious beliefs of the Han Dynasty people.
